Shipping, Returns & Cancellations Policy
Effective Date: May 1, 2026
Overview
- Medici Peptides provides physician-prescribed, compounded peptide therapies.
- Every product is compounded and dispensed by a licensed compounding pharmacy only after a licensed physician reviews and approves your treatment plan.
- Payment processing and shipping occur only after physician approval.
- Compounded medications are prepared per order and may vary slightly in appearance between batches or pharmacies. This does not indicate a problem with your order.
- By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Shipping
When your order ships
- Orders are held until a licensed physician approves the protocol. If approval is not granted, your order is cancelled and refunded in full and nothing ships.
- If payment fails or is declined, your order is held and we will ask you to update your payment method. Your order ships once payment clears.
- Once approved and paid, your order will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
Delivery timeframe
- Committed delivery window: 5 to 7 business days from order completion.
- This window begins once your order is completed, meaning after physician approval, cleared payment, and pharmacy compounding. Intake and preparation occur before this window starts, so total time from checkout to delivery may be longer.
Tracking and updates
- You will receive automatic status updates at order confirmation, when your order ships, and when it is delivered.
- Tracking information is included in those updates.
Temperature-controlled shipping
- Temperature-sensitive products ship with insulated packaging and cold packs to maintain stability and require a signature on delivery.
- Upon receipt, please inspect your package immediately. Temperature-sensitive products, including injectable peptides and reconstituted compounds, must be refrigerated promptly after delivery. Do not leave them in a vehicle, mailbox, or unheated space. Store at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius (36 to 46 degrees Fahrenheit) unless your prescription label specifies otherwise. Do not freeze unless explicitly directed. Keep away from direct light and heat sources.
- If you are unable to receive your package at the time of the first delivery attempt, contact the carrier immediately to arrange the next available delivery window. Cold-pack protection has a defined window and delays beyond that window may compromise the product.
Where we ship
- United States only, and only to states where our providers are licensed and compounded peptide therapy is permitted.
- Your order is automatically routed to the appropriate licensed pharmacy for your state. You do not need to do anything.
- We do not ship internationally, to PO boxes, or to freight forwarders.
Shipping costs
- Shipping is charged at a flat rate and is added to your cart at the time of checkout, following physician approval.
Address accuracy
- You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by you. If a package is undeliverable, see "If Something Goes Wrong" below.
If Something Goes Wrong
We resolve delivery problems for you, in most cases automatically, without requiring you to file a claim.
Delayed or lost in transit
- If your order has not been delivered within 48 hours after the committed 5 to 7 business day delivery window has passed, we will automatically send a replacement at no cost to you. The same applies if the carrier reports your package as lost or mis-routed.
- For temperature-sensitive products shipped with cold packs: cold-pack protection is effective for a defined period in transit. If your order is delayed beyond that window and the product may have been compromised by heat exposure, we will treat it as a compromised shipment regardless of carrier status and send an expedited, properly chilled replacement at no cost. This policy applies to injectable peptides and reconstituted compounds. It does not apply to tablets, nasal inhalers, or topical creams, which are not temperature-sensitive and are governed by the standard delay policy above.
Delivered but not received
- If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your order, contact us and we will investigate and resolve it.
Damaged on arrival
- Please inspect your order on receipt. If it arrives damaged, do not use the product. Contact us with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send an expedited replacement at no cost.
Heat-exposed or compromised
- If a temperature-sensitive product arrives warm, shows signs of degradation, or was delayed beyond the cold-pack protection window, do not use it. Contact us. We will treat the product as compromised and send an expedited, properly chilled replacement at no cost.
- For non-temperature-sensitive products (tablets, nasal inhalers, and topical creams), temperature exposure during shipping does not affect product integrity and the standard damage policy applies.
Undeliverable or wrong address
- If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an error on our part, we will confirm your address and re-ship at our cost. The returned product is quarantined and destroyed and cannot be reused or re-dispensed, consistent with applicable pharmacy law.
- If a package is returned as undeliverable because you provided an incorrect address, you will be required to place a new order at your own cost. This is due to the prescription nature of the products, the requirement to destroy returned compounded medications, and the cost of cold-chain re-preparation.
- If a signature-required package cannot be delivered after the maximum number of carrier attempts, it will be returned to the originating pharmacy, quarantined, and destroyed. A new order will be required at your own cost. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your delivery or contact the carrier promptly to reschedule.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
All sales are final
- For safety reasons, and consistent with Texas pharmacy law and FDA guidance, compounded prescription medications that have been dispensed and shipped cannot be restocked, re-dispensed, or reused. All sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges of dispensed medication, even if it is unopened.
Order cancellations
- You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispensed by the pharmacy. To cancel, contact us at support@medicipeptides.com with your order number.
- You may update your shipping address at any time before your order is dispensed.
- Once your order has been dispensed and handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled. Any issue with a delivered order is handled as a replacement or refund as described in this policy.
Subscription plans
- Medici Peptides offers monthly and annual subscription plans. A subscription is required to access the platform and initiate new treatment plans. Without an active subscription, no new consultations or treatment plans can be started.
- Monthly subscriptions are billed each month on the same date as your original purchase. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year on the same date as your original purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You will receive advance notice of any upcoming renewal and any change to the subscription rate. You can manage your subscription, view your renewal date, and cancel at any time through your account at www.medicipeptides.com.
Subscription cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings at www.medicipeptides.com or by contacting us at support@medicipeptides.com. Cancellation is available through the same method used to subscribe, in accordance with the FTC Negative Option Rule.
- Cancellation stops all future billing immediately. It does not reverse an order that has already been dispensed or shipped.
- No refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period, whether monthly or annual. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full platform access until that date.
- Annual subscriptions cancelled before the end of the annual period are not eligible for a prorated refund. You will retain full access to the platform for the remainder of the annual period you have paid for.
Cancelling during an active treatment plan
- We strongly advise against cancelling your subscription while a treatment plan is in progress. Compounded peptide protocols are time-sensitive and clinically structured. Discontinuation mid-protocol may reduce clinical effectiveness, cause unintended physiological effects, or prevent timely management of side effects or adverse reactions.
- If you choose to cancel during an active treatment plan, you will be required to complete a Mid-Treatment Cancellation and Care Team Access Waiver before your cancellation is processed. This waiver acknowledges the clinical risks of proceeding without care team support and confirms that you are cancelling against clinical advice.
- Upon cancellation during an active treatment plan, care team access is suspended immediately upon the end of your current billing period. You will no longer be able to message your physician, request dose adjustments, report adverse reactions through the portal, or receive clinical guidance on your active protocol. Medici Peptides and its affiliated physicians accept no clinical responsibility for outcomes arising from unsupported self-administration of a dispensed protocol after care team access has been suspended.
- You will retain read-only access to your treatment plan details and prescription records for the duration of the active treatment plan or 30 days from the date of your last shipment, whichever is later. This access is for reference only and does not include any clinical support.
- If you experience an adverse reaction or medical concern after care team access has been suspended, contact the dispensing pharmacy directly using the contact information on your prescription label, or seek in-person medical care. In the event of an emergency, call 911.
Platform access after cancellation
- Once your subscription period ends following cancellation, access to the platform is suspended. You will not be able to initiate new consultations or treatment plans.
- Your medical records remain available to you on request at any time by emailing legal@medicipeptides.com, regardless of subscription status.
- Reactivating a cancelled subscription restores full platform access and the ability to initiate new treatment plans from the date of reactivation.
Refunds
- If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement for a damaged, compromised, or undelivered order, contact us and we will issue one. No replacement is sent in that case.
- Subscription refunds: if you have an active subscription but are stopped from proceeding with a treatment plan for any reason determined by our clinical or platform review process, including but not limited to physician non-approval, eligibility determination, or a platform safety decision, you are entitled to a full refund of the subscription fee paid for that period. Contact us at support@medicipeptides.com with your account details and we will process the refund promptly.
- Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
Controlled Substances
- Medici Peptides does not currently dispense controlled substances through the platform. Should any prescribed compound be classified as a controlled substance under federal or applicable state law, that prescription will be subject to additional legal requirements governing dispensing, shipping, carrier selection, and chain-of-custody documentation. Controlled substances may not be eligible for the standard replacement, cancellation, or refund policies described in this document. You will be informed of any applicable restrictions at the time of prescription.
Adverse Events and Reactions
- Your safety is our priority. If you experience an unexpected or serious reaction to any medication dispensed through the Medici Peptides platform, seek medical attention immediately. In the event of a life-threatening emergency, call 911.
- Please report any adverse reaction or side effect to your prescribing physician through your patient portal. Your physician is required to document and may be required to report adverse events in accordance with applicable law.
- You may also report adverse reactions directly to the dispensing pharmacy, whose contact information appears on your prescription label.
- You are encouraged to report adverse reactions involving compounded medications to the FDA MedWatch program at fda.gov/safety/medwatch. MedWatch accepts voluntary reports from patients and caregivers and helps the FDA monitor the safety of compounded products in the market.
- Medici Peptides takes all reported adverse events seriously and may follow up with you for additional clinical information. Reporting an adverse event does not affect your rights as a patient or your access to care.
